Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. A confirmation call is provided the night before and is a prime opportunity to be sure you will make the appointment. 24 hours notice allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. Even if you are unable to give 24 hours, please call as soon as you know. 

 

Sometimes unexpected things come up. This is acceptable with 24 hours notice. If you reschedule within 24 hours or if you repeatedly reschedule, you will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment. If you decide to change an appointment going forward you agree to a $30 switching fee. The time you have scheduled could be utilized for another client. It is also possible that time and effort has already been put forth on your behalf. Time respect is a priority. Thank you. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Out of respect, please avoid having a “missed” appointment. These situations will be analysed per occurance. If due to neglagence then you will not be rescheduled. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
